Accommodation Student Ambassadors will proactively help and advise new students by:

- Answering basic general queries

- Informing arrivals on location of residential sites and sharing general local geographical knowledge

- Queue-busting for arrivals with accommodation queries

- Assisting new arrivals with applying for accommodation

- Accompanying, mentoring, and sharing experience with arrivals to reduce stress

- Distributing private flat lists and information on private accommodation

- Any other assistance as requested by accommodation staff based at St Andrew Street

- Utilising their own experiences of living in Halls with Robert Gordon University to enlighten new students on what to expect
