My name is Edgar Daio and I am standing up to run for the position of vice president international.
My aim is to ensure that international student’s voice is heard. I believe this will be achieved by work together with the student societies, students and the staff, and through partnership with the university. Issues that are appropriately addressed by students will be alerted, and students’ opinion and concerns will also be heard.
I will represent the views of the international students and ensure that will be effectively represented and their ideas are shared, this will be achieved by working alongside with the university, societies, students and staff.
Promote a positive image of the union to the international students by engaging students with union’s events. Working together as one voice, one union, all students will enjoy every dividend as deposited within the campus. Promote diversity at Robert Gordon University and ensure there are equal opportunities for every student at the University where students will be encouraged to participating and support union events and activities.
