Greetings to all the staff and students of Robert Gordon University,
I am AFIKO SUNDAY UKO currently studying OIL Gas LAW LLM/MSC.
I Did my Undergraduate Studies at the University Of Nigeria Nsukka , and thereafter I proceeded to the Nigeria LAW School where I was called to the Nigerian Bar in the year 2014 as Barrister AND Solicitor of The Supreme Court OF Nigeria , thereafter I proceeded to do a course with the Nigeria Institute of Management in the year 2015, and I became a chartered manager and I have been practising a lawyer in Nigeria Representing clients ranging from oil companies, Government organizations/ institutions , communities and individuals both rich and poor and I have also been actively involved in Investment Consultancy for the last four years of my practice.
I have won several leadership awards as a student and as a young legal practitioner.
With my experience in leadership as the Chamber Leader Zebra Consult Chamber, Senior Advocate University of Nigeria , Assistance Secretary General University of Nigeria Student Bar Association , As the President of my State Corp member forum in Sokoto Nigeria , As the Auditor of the People’s Democratic Party Ward 1o Eastern Obolo , Nigeria, As the Legal Adviser of the Association of Beauty Queens and Kings, Akwa Ibom Nigeria, as the Legal Adviser to the ILIMA OBOLO , a Social –cultural group that speak for the development of Eastern Obolo Local Government. As the CEO of GLOBAL Tribal Investment Consultancy, I believe I am the best man for this job in time like this.

I am running for the position of the Post Graduate Governor,
A voluntary position without payment
And I see this as opportunity to also protect the interest of the Students at all level in the school Governing Council.
I am aware of the fact that most of the Post-graduate lectures Hall are not always certain as we have to move from one hall to the other in search of our lecture venue, this I believe I will work together with the school authority to see to it that it is address within the shortest possible time.
As an investment consultant I am aware of the fact that every successful individual succeed on the strength of his or her contact, considering the large number of students in the post –graduate school it will be a share waste of time and resources to study in RGU with this great industries regulators, Top Government policies makers, great entrepreneurs, engineers , Accountants, managers , bankers, doctors , nurses, and great history makers now and in the making and you never had opportunity to bond and share pleasantries with these great minds.
If elected I will work with the Student Union and school management to ensure that we are giving such opportunities via activities such as Post –graduates School Dinner, and other social activities to make our stay in Aberdeen a memorable one .
I will also make a representation to the school concerning the Issue of Placement in industries, companies and organizations that carries out the practical aspect of what we are taught so that we will know how this theories are applied in real life .
I will also speak out for the best interest of every student and I will be accessible visa my emails, twitter, WhatsApp, Facebook platform, one on one meeting , to ensure all suggestions and recommendations from the students are well communicated to the school management and decisions taken to address those issues.
