Who we are
RGU Motorsport is two things in one: a society open to everyone, and a Formula Student team competing in design concept class, now working towards building a physical car. All degrees and levels of experience are welcome, from engineering to business to art. There is something for everyone.
The social side
We love a good social. As a member you'll join events such as indoor go-karting with our society partner Fast Lane Aberdeen, Formula 1 race watch-alongs, and a good pub quiz.

Society Committee
The society is run by an elected committee of four: President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Communications & Engagement Lead. Elections take place on the 30th, all paid members can stand and vote. Want to help run the society? Come along to a Wednesday meeting or get in touch.
Formula Student Team
The FS team has its own leadership structure, separate from the society committee:
• Team Principal: interviewed and appointed
• Design Lead: interviewed and appointed
• Integration Lead: interviewed and appointed
These three positions are selected by interview with the academic tutor in charge of Formula Student. All remaining team roles will be shaped by the team itself, so joining early means helping define what those roles are.
