MDL is a family run leasing business dedicated to providing a service to landlords who wish to let out their property and their tenants who wish to lease them. 

Margaret Duffus Leasing specialise in quality properties in and around Aberdeen.  Our property listings are updated on the internet on a daily basis and we aim to make all our property information full and comprehensive in order to help you do as much ground work as possible before choosing which properties to view.  Our staff will be happy to help you with any further information and any answers they don’t know they will try and find out for you.  Further photos of many properties can also be found under our Property page.

At Margaret Duffus Leasing we understand how important it is that you are well looked after when renting property that is to be your home for a period of time.   Dealing with repairs and other issues can be stressful and sometimes unsatisfactory so we have put together the following advice that will hopefully guide you through the pitfalls of letting and help you achieve a successful letting experience.
