RGU's 2017 Open Day will be held all across campus, from Sir Ian Wood Building to Grays School of Art, on Wednesday from 10am until 2pm.
 
Schools from across Aberdeenshire will have the opportunity to speak with staff and students from engineering, computing, pharmacy, architecture, social sciences, nursing and midwifery, health sciences, business and management, creative and cultural business, law and art and design.
 
Students can also expect a range of activities including a BBQ, demonstrations from Pharmacy and Nursing/Health Sciences, performances from RGU's cheerleading and gymnastics squads and a pipe band as well as campus and building tours.
 
Stalls from societies and groups at the event include: Dumbledore's Army, LGBTQ+, RAG, Duke of Edinburgh, CCB Society, Nighline, Gaming, Anime, Radar Magazine and sports groups: Gymnastics, Streetsport, Cheer, Mountain Biking, Badminton, Dance, Athletics & Rowing.
 
By attending the open day, students will get the opportunity to see the campus, speak to current students, find out lots of information about a variety of different courses, speak to student services like accommodation, admissions, finance, the library, study support, careers and much more!

TOKYO PARALYMPICS TO HAVE REFUGEE TEAM

The International Paralympic Committee have confirmed that they will create a refugee team that will include more athletes in Tokyo compared to Rio in 2016. The team will be known as the Refugee Paralympic Team.
