On May, Bryan Adams will be playing at the P&J Live in Aberdeen. This will be his only Scottish tour date and is part of his new Shine A Light tour.

The single 'Shine a Light' was co-written by Ed Sheeran and features Jennifer Lopez. The album of the same name was released on 1 March 2019 and received a very positive response from critics with some describing it as being full of instant favourites.

Bryan Adams, famous for his rock anthem 'Summer of 69', hasnt played in Aberdeen since his electrifying gig in 2016.

Having turned 60 last year, he is still known to be a thrill to watch with many well-known hits. '(Everything I do) I do It For You' was a UK number one hit for 16 weeks after it was used as part of the soundtrack in 'Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves' in 1991.

The UK has a deep love for Bryan Adams' songs, and the feeling appears to be mutual as he calls the UK his home away from home.

After the recent renovation of Aberdeens event complex - costing £33 million - the site is set to attract many more headline acts later this year. This includes well-known artists such as Elton John, Stereophonics, and, Lewis Capaldi.

Head of Entertainment at P&J Live, Louise Stewart, stated, Bryan Adams is a household name and we are extremely excited for Aberdeen to be the only Scottish date he will be performing… we cant wait for another night of epic songs to sing along to.

Bryan Adams has released 14 studio albums, won one Grammy, received numerous elite nominations, and, has sold over 65 million records. It will not be a night to be missed with tickets going on sale tomorrow (Friday) at 9am.
