Student Voice Forum is the key feedback and discussion meeting at RGUSU.
These meetings take place twice a semester, and provide updates on the work of Student Presidents and Vice Presidents at the SU, along with presenting, discussing and voting on student ideas and issues.
The meetings are chaired by one of the Student Presidents, and all members are invited to speak or raise points related to their experience at the SU or the wider University. Key areas discussed at the meetings include the student experience around studies, facilities, services as well as all aspects of student life, including living in the community, accommodation and more.
Key points of discussion usually include:
- Learning, teaching and assessment
- Facilities and services of the University
- Experiences of diverse student groups
- Experiences of students living in Aberdeen
- Activities, campaigns and projects of the SU;
- All other areas of the student experience
Look out for changes to our Student Voice Forum meetings ahead of the 2026/27 academic session.
