Sometimes during your time at university things can go wrong and you may wish to submit a complaint to get your concerns addressed. Depending on the nature of your complaint, you may need to follow the complaints process within the University or you may wish to make a complaint to the Union directly.
How to Complain to the University
For complaints that directly relate to your experience within the university and student experience, you should follow the university complaints procedure Complaints Guidance | Complaints | RGU.
How to Complain to the Union
If you wish to complain about dissatisfaction with the RGUSU services, you will need to follow Regulation A6 Complaints Constitution and Regulations. This includes any issues within societies, groups and networks, issues during a union event or other union service.
For any issues involving an academic appeal, academic/non-academic misconduct, fitness to practice outcome or other university process, please reference the relevant advice pages for further information.
