Hi, I’m Abigayle, I am currently in second year, and am running for the role of co-president this year alongside Joyce. I have been on the committee for two years now and would love to continue being part of this wonderful group. I really enjoy working with other people to bring great change and fun to our time at university and would love to provide this for you. I always try my best at everything thrown my direction and I will put in the work needed. I want everybody to be as involved as they can in their learning and uni experience as it is you guys who are the most important!!
I’m Joyce and I’m running for Co-President with Abigayle. I am a second-year student pharmacist and have been a student rep for two years now. I absolutely love working on the committee and representing the society. I love having a bit of fun while getting the job done and I really enjoy working alongside all the other committee members to make sure the course runs as smoothly as possible for all of you. I will try to make sure you enjoy your year as much as possible !!
We would like to try something different and have decided to run for the President role together. We have worked extremely well together over the past two years and will work so hard to make sure we can fulfil everything asked for. We keep our heads down and always put in the work . We will always communicate with you and take all your suggestions on board. This would be an amazing opportunity that we would really like to be part of and continue to be part of a society that helps and provides a great support system for everybody in the degree. We also want to have fun with you all next year and would love to be able to do this from the role and create a really good year for the future society as a whole. As challenging as this degree is, we would strive to make sure that the year is as stress-free as possible for you whether that’s a well-needed social or help with any questions or queries you may have.
