[THIS EVENT IS NOW FULLY BOOKED]

A small number of walk-up spaces may become available during each time slot throughout the day (12pm, 12:20pm, 12:40pm etc through until 3:40pm), but these will be dependent on building capacity restrictions.

Our famous Freshers Fayre is back! Look out for stalls from our sports clubs, societies, student groups, networks, plus some of our partners - all desperate to give you some chat and some freebies! Stay tuned for more information and details about how to guarantee your entry.

This year's Freshers Fayre will take place across two locations on campus:

  • Sports Clubs (RGU SPORT hall)
  • Societies, Groups & Networks (Sir Ian Wood Building)

To help manage attendance throughout the day, please book your arrival time using one of the available options.

When you arrive, remember to visit both areas as there will also be stalls from university departments and some of our partners looking to give you some great student freebies, deals and discounts!

We will be using a QR code system at the event this year for clubs and society sign-ups using the below easy steps, members of the Union team will be available to help if you have any issues.

  1. When you arrive, scan the QR code at the entrance or visit www.rguunion.co.uk and login with your RGU sign-in details.
  2. Every stall will have a QR code displayed on their table. To sign-up to a club or a group, scan the code and click "I'm interested"
  3. When you leave the fayre, remember to check out on the Union website to confirm and finalise your sign-ups.

If you have any questions regarding the Freshers Fayre please email hello@rguunion.co.uk.

If you have additional accessibility requirements, please email hello@rguunion.co.uk and our team will ensure you can access the Freshers Fayre safely.
