Mo Sistas

Movember is not just for men! The women of Movember, are known as Mo Sistas. They play a vital role in the success of Movember by supporting and encouraging the men in their life to get involved. Essentially, Mo Sistas do everything that Mo Bros do, without a Mo.

Get involved by taking the MOVE challenge

Challenge yourself to get physically active and raise funds. This is a challenge called MOVE, which is a commitment to make 30 moves in 30 days. MOVE gives people of the non-moustache growing variety a way to get involved with Movember. The campaign is particularly encouraging the participation of women (our Mo Sistas!). You have full freedom to mix and match your activities from day to day to suit you. All the challenge asks is that you move more than you usually do.

1. Sign up – Set yourself a move challenge - https://uk.movember.com/get-involved/move
2. Get Active – Track your progress towards your goal
3. Put out the call – Raise funds for men’s health
