BBC Radio 1 is coming to RGU Freshers Week

 

We're teaming up with BBC Radio 1 on Monday 10th September to bring you some very special RGU Freshers Week events! Look out for their team across the university campus with giveaways and playing out top new music, take part in a very special interactive Behind The Scenes event, and join us as 'Charlie Sloth for the 8th' broadcasts LIVE from RGU Freshers! BBC Radio 1 Tour Bus at RGU

Location: Plaza, Sir Ian Wood Building, RGU Campus
Time: 10am - 5pm
Cost: Free! No ticket required, just turn up and chat to the Radio 1 team.
Age Restrictions: None, all ages welcome

 
BBC Radio 1 is coming to Robert Gordon University! The Radio 1 bus will be on campus outside the Sir Ian Wood Building bringing you the best new music and giveaways.

Behind the Scenes with Radio 1

Location: Amphitheatre, Sir Ian Wood Building, RGU Campus
Time: 4pm - 5pm (Entry from 3:30pm)
Cost: Free! Online bookings have now ended for this event. There will be free entry available in the Sir Ian Wood Building at 3pm on a first come first served basis.
Age Restrictions: None, all ages welcome

Cost: Free! Online bookings have now ended for this event. There will be a limited number of free tickets available on the door on a first come first served basis.
Age Restrictions: This is an 18+ event
 
Join Charlie Sloth for The 8th broadcasting LIVE from Revolution as part of Radio 1's student tour, Charlie and his team will be presenting their hilarious live show during RGU Freshers Week. You can expect a mad two hours, featuring jokes, big times and a round of Sideman's favourite game, 'What Balls Are In My Mouth'. 'Rude, crude and childish' according to one fan - be sure to get your free tickets quickly to avoid disappointment. This event is for those aged 18+ and photo ID will be required.
