Hey! My name is Adaa Jasmin and I am in my second year of Three Dimensional Design at Robert Gordon University. I am nominating myself for the role as Students' Union Trustee Officer.
As a student trustee I will be one of those responsible for overseeing the administration and management of the union. I will be in a position to improve the university experience for RGU students.
I have always tried to be actively involved in the univerity. From being a part of the one RGU many nations event last year, to working out as a volunteer for freshers week.
I am the President of the RGU South Asian Society and because of that I get to speak to many varieties of students on a daily basis.Having seen such a vast variety of events at our university, I have seen that with whilst there are a lot of positive aspects, there are also weaker aspects which need to be worked on and I want you to vote for me to help change this.I believe that I would be a good candidate for student trustee as I am easily approachable, vote for me if you want a trustee who will talk to you, a trustee who will listen to you and help answer your questions. Vote for me so I could gather student opinion and relay it to the board in the hope that we could finally make a difference.
