BRIEF BACKGROUND OF MY IDENTITY?
My names are Milton Abibo, but my friends call me Milly!!
I am an LLM Oil and Gas Law student of this prestigious university.
I aspire to be your Academic Council Post Graduate Representative.
I believe i am the ideal candidate because of my burning passion to serve, and my firm commitment to pro-student policies and agendas.
WHAT I INTEND TO DO IF I BECOME YOUR ACADEMIC COUNCIL POST GRADUATE REPRESENTATIVE
- To improve the representation on academic matters for post graduate students in particular, and all students across all demographics.
- Create a friendly atmosphere to gather and deliver academic related information from and to students.
- Lead a campaign to ensure that a standard for academic feedback for all graded assignments is maintained or even improved.
- To spearhead a crusade that will insist on anonymous marking for all graded essays.
- To ensure that the rules and regulations on extenuating circumstances are all-encompassing, fair, and effective in implementation.
- To campaign for the recording of lectures and make them accessible through the campus moodle.
- To ensure that all disabled students are effectively carried along.
- To do all such things that will guarantee the fair and effective representation of all students especially on academic related issues.
