PROVEN LEADERSHIP SKILLS: My tenure as President of the Nigerian Students Society has allowed me to demonstrate effective leadership, guiding the organization to significant growth and success. I have a track record of leading teams, making informed decisions, and achieving results.

EXPERIENCE IN STUDENT UNION ACTIVITIES:I have been actively involved in various student union activities and events, gaining firsthand experience in student governance. This experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the responsibilities and challenges associated with student leadership.

COMMITMENT TO INCLUSIVITY AND DIVERSITY: I am deeply committed to fostering inclusivity, diversity, and representation within our student community. I believe that my combination of leadership experience, involvement in student union activities, and commitment to inclusion and diversity make me a strong candidate for this position.

GENERAL WELLBEING OF STUDENTS
I will prioritize the general well-being of students as a cornerstone of our university community. With a focus on mental health support, effective wellness programs, and accessible resources, I aim to create an environment where every student feels supported, valued, and empowered to thrive. By fostering a culture of compassion and inclusivity. To enhance student happiness, academic success, and overall quality of life. prioritizing the well-being of every student, ensuring they have the tools and support they need to flourish during their university journey.


Priority Aim 2

PROMOTE EQUALITY,DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
Enhancing equality, diversity, and inclusion within our international university community. By fostering an environment that celebrates differences and promotes understanding, by creating a more equitable and supportive campus for all. To achieve this, I propose implementing comprehensive diversity and inclusion training for students, improve on the already established groups and support networks for underrepresented communities, and integrating diversity and inclusion initiatives into the curriculum. Additionally, Advocating to create accessible resources and support services to address the unique needs of diverse student populations. Through collaboration and commitment, we can cultivate a campus culture where everyone feels valued

REVITALIZATION OF CAMPUS SOCIAL EXPERIENCE & AWARENESS ON UNION ACTIVITIES
Promote campus social scene and promote student participation in union activities on campus, This includes expanding the range and publicity of social events to cater to diverse interests and fostering a culture of inclusivity. Additionally, I aim to enhance communication channels to actively involve students in union initiatives, ensuring their voices are heard and valued. By creating vibrant social avenues and fostering meaningful engagement with union activities, we can cultivate a dynamic and inclusive campus community where every student feels connected and empowered to contribute to the collective student experience.


What is the biggest issue currently facing RGU students, and how will you work with the rest of the Student Presidents and Vice Presidents to tackle this?

The paramount issue facing RGU students currently is the completion of tuition obligations. While challenges may vary among individuals and groups, this remains a pressing concern affecting majorly the international students. To address this, collaboration among Student Presidents and Vice Presidents is crucial. Together, we will engage in constructive dialogue with university management to explore viable solutions that strike a fair balance between student needs and institutional requirements. By advocating for a more reasonable approach, we aim to alleviate the financial burden on affected students while ensuring the university's sustainability.
