I have always been good at time management and organisational skills. Which throughout my placements during my degree in paramedic practice have been vital to be able to keep things organised and rank tasks in order of importance. I think this would be a beneficial skill if I was elected as vice president to represent everyone equally. I have also been class rep for the last 2 consecutive years which has entailed attending meetings and representing the opinions of students in my cohort.
My priority aim would be to enhance communication between students and presidents/vice presidents, I would do this through surveys on occasion to gather feedback from students first hand to combat the communication barrier and allow all students to be represented fairly and equally when needed in regards to education needs and thoughts.
The biggest issue I believe RGU students face is underrepresentation, if I was elected student vice president I would encourage student feedback on a regular basis to combat this and hopefully manage to represent more students opinions throughout the university in regards to education.
