Tai Chi Taster Class

Tina Elders has many years experience teaching the art of Tai Chi as 15 years ago she ran a Tai Chi course for physiotherapists at Cornhill Hospital!

The session will look at the movements of Tai Chi with practical explanations of why they are so beneficial for balance, core strength and body connectivity (strength and stability through softness). The session will concluded by Michael Downie, a 4th year physiotherapy student with has a great passion for the art. He will be expanding on how Tai Chi has a clinical relevance with physiotherapy.

We will be taking photographs and small videos within the session to be posted on the society social media pages. We will also be posting this content on the CSP student Instagram account as RGU physiotherapy society are taking over the account for a week commencing the 30/11/20. If you do not want to be include in this, then please keep your camera off for the duration of the event. By participating in the event you will be opting in and agreeing that it is okay for the society to post the content stated.
