Gray's School of Art Winter Ball
Wednesday 12 December 2018
7pm - 1am
DoubleTree by Hilton Aberdeen Treetops

This is the 5th annual Gray's School of Art Winter Ball! The event is being held in order to raise money for the fourth year Communication Design degree show and our theme is 'Hollywood', which means you are expected to come dressed to the nines in your best red carpet glam!

The Winter Ball will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton (previously the Hilton Treetops Hotel) on Springfield Road.

Upon arrival, you will get a glass of bubbly and as many photographs of you and your friends as you like! You will also be treated to a two-course meal and half a bottle of wine each! We can easily adapt your meals if you have any dietary requirements, so don't be put off if you think its just one set meal for everyone.

Following the meal, there will be a raffle where you can win one of many marvellous prizes, one of which includes an overnight stay in the Hilton! There will also be a mandatory DJ in the evening providing you with all your favourite music for hours to come.

After the event, there will be coaches put on to take you to Union Street so you can continue your dancing into the small hours of the night!

Plus one's are more than welcome so feel free to bring your friends or partners and have an unforgettable evening!

N.B. Please can guests organise themselves into groups of 10 and come up with a fun and unique table name. You will enter this when buying your tickets, so we can arrange for you to sit next to your friends! Hope to see you all there!
