This week RGU:RAG invite you to come along and speak to our volunteers to find out more about organ, blood or bone marrow donations and how you can join the respective registers. We also have information leaflets, free pens and coasters to give away. Stalls are located at the Sir Ian Wood Building Entrance, Faculty of Health and Social Care Building Entrance and in ABS (opposite Subway).
What can you do on the day?
- JOIN the Organ Donor Register - ONE organ donor can save EIGHT lives
- JOIN the Bone Marrow register - Help patients fighting blood cancers and blood diseases
- JOIN the Blood Register and/or donate on the day - 39,000 are needed every day.
- DONATE on the day (Thursday 25th Feb) between 11-3 - RGU Sport - Studio 3
