Craigievar Development is a Garthdee based accmmodation which is only five minutes from the RGU campus in Garthdee. The site has eight one bedroom studio apartments exclusively for RGU students. The site is a great location for mature or postgraduate students who are looking to live close to the university in the quiet local community. This is also the only site which allows double occupancy rooms. The site is well connected with large Sainsbury's and twenty-four hour ASDA shop just five minutes away.

It is around a 45 min walk from the site to the City Centre and Union Street and a number of local shops, bars and restaurants.
