Omani society, although it appears like it is mainly for Omani students, it aims to help all RGU students in answering their questions about Aberdeen in general, Halal shops, mosques, Halal restaurants, advice in housing in Aberdeen especially via our twitter account. We also contact all new Omani students and answer all other students questions regarding any explanation about first arrival to Aberdeen. Any questions about Oman or any Gulf countries, (heritage, culture, tourism or where to learn Arab language).

It costs £5 only to join our society.

The society plan to make weekly meetings and discussions with dinner (already started), time management workshops, voluntray work, trips outside Aberdeen and many others. We have already organised a show and exhibition about Oman to celebrate Oman National Day.
