Join us for the annual Scott Sutherland School Ball, the theme this year is masquerade so dress to impress and don't forget your mask!

Arrival drinks reception with live acoustic music from 7pm, there will then be a three course meal with half a bottle of wine per guest. Expect a ceilidh band and DJ afterwards with complimentary transport back into town from midnight where the party will continue. (after party venue tbc)

Set Menu below: (please inform us of any dietary requirements)

Starter: Chicken Liver Pate, Cumberland dressing and oatcakes

Main Course: Slow Braised Feather Blade of Beef, topped with haggis and malt whisky sauce

Dessert: Sticky Toffee Pudding, butterscotch sauce

There will also be a photographer and raffle with prizes including some craft beer selections and an overnight stay at the Hilton!

When purchasing tickets, please advise if you have any dietary requirements (i.e. vegetarian/vegan/gluten free) and a table name if you'd like to sit with friends - tables have a capacity of 10.
Vegetarian/vegan main will be wild mushroom and pak choi stir fry with lemon basmati rice, starters and desserts will be confirmed
